Ernest for Model Number FAFW3801LW3 My washer will not enter into the spin mode in any of the cycles. When attempting to do so it shuts the cycle down and displays 18h and will not respond until unplugged. It also has error code E43. Any help would be appreciated. Tks
Answer Hello Ernest, You will need to enter the diagnostic mode and turn the program knob 8 clicks clockwise from the start position. If the washer spins, the door lock assembly 131763256 will need to be replaced. If the washer does not spin, the control board 137006005 will require replacement. Read More...
