Mike for Model Number JTP20B0F4BB Oven seems dead - even the light remains off when the door is opened. It's all electric, by the way. Front panel is dead; no effect when any button is pushed; not even a beep. I'm getting 240 volts when I test the red and black wires at the control box. Ordered replacement part WB27T10411 (aka ERC3B). It arrived the other day. It's an exact match, and prior to disconnecting the original unit, I photographed it to makes sure I would replace the wires correctly. The new Oven Control unit seem to be Dead On Arrival. I have tested continuity on the control panel, each individual wire, the thermal switches... the oven door switch. Unless there's a circuit breaker hidden in the unit (and not documented in the schematic), I'm at a loss to explain why my oven isn't working at this point. Mike
Answer Hello Mike. Have you check the thermal switches, WB24T10076, WB24T10060, in the top to see if they are blown? Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, March 25, 2011
