Hello Ralph. You will need to order DA31-00146H for the fan motor needed. As for the ice issue, you will need to look for a defrost issue. Check the Bi Metal DA47-00243K and the heater DA47-00424B inside the unit. If both are good, then you will need to replace the main board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
