Dan for Model Number MLE2000AYW Hi, just got home from a vacation and the spin cycle tries to spin, but all the clothes are wet. I was told that I need to replace the control board. Would the motor control assembly board be the part I need? Dan
Answer Dan, For your description you want to make sure the door is locked. The spin enable switch WP22002162 has a "closed" circuit when the door is locked (the switch farthest to the right on the door lock assembly under the top) Then check the off balance switches and wiring WP22003302 and WP22002044 located on the front of the tub at the 1, 3 and 6 o'clock positions. If any of these switches have an "open" circuit or a loose or broken wire, the washer will not spin. If all's OK, then consider the machine control board WP22004325 located up inside the dryer cabinet. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, August 8, 2013
