Answer John, A couple of checks to make first, Does the door lock, Does the tub drain completely, and are the option buttons properly pressed and locked down. Does the washer tub actually spin slow, or does it start to spin and then tumbles for a few seconds? if the washer spins but slowly, you need to check for loose wires at the control board and consider a motor control kit 12002039 if it spins then tumbles, you'll need to check for loose wires and a faulty off balance switch (there are three) WP22002044 WP22003302 .
