How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3205796 / WB16K10035 Bake Burner W/Ignitor

I replaced the oven burner and igniter. The hardest part was the two screws that hold the burner to the back of the stove. The trick is to remove the warming drawer and get to the screws from underneath. Other than that, piece of cake. 1/4 inch socket and wrench needed. 

Replaced the bake burner and ignitor. 

Replaced the bake burner with a new igniter. The old bake burner had a hole burned through it. 

The oven bake burner had a hole burned in the side, AppliancePartsPros replacement part fit perfectly. The installation video was very helpful, I was able to do this job, by myself, in 15 minutes. The oven works great, just in time for the upcoming Holidays. Thanks! 

Bake burner had a hole in it and igniter didn't get hot enough. Replaced both parts and the oven is back in operation. 

Replaced the igniter. 

Replaced the Bake Burner also Igniter, Pretty quick and easy repair. 

Replaced burner and igniter 

Unscrewed old ignitor and burner and installed new ones. Oven is working beautifully now! 

The problem turned out to be a weak Hot Surface Igniter. When I dis-assembled the burner to replace the igniter I also found a rust hole in the burner. Both the Burner and the Igniter were replaced in only a few minutes of work and the oven operates like new again. Parts delivery was very fast. With the standard delivery, parts were ordered late Sunday night, and delivered Tuesday Morning (just over 1 day). Also, the price for Original Manufacturer parts was pretty much the best I could find.
