How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP7205486 / W11629974 Ice Level Control Board

Ice level eye failed Parts ordered and arrived in 2 days nicely packed. Repair went just live video. Very fast. 

We bought from you guys the ice level circuit boards kit ( not sure about the name) from you guys. Changed it out and we have ice now. Your video was very helpful and picked up a coil cleaning brush that fits under the fridge well and gets that nasty stuff out. I unscrewed the sensor compartments on each side of the freezer wall and replaced the old parts with the new ones I ordered. Quick and easy! 

Purchased control boards and after a very easy install, the ice maker produces ice perfectly. 

Replaced the boards following the instructions in the appliancepartspro.com video.

Replaced the cent control system. Now works very well. 

When the ice maker on my Whirlpool Refrigerator stopped working, I narrowed it down to two things: either the electronics or the motor. I ordered the electronics and it came within a week. That didn't fix the problem so I ordered the motor. Came within two days. Changed the motor. Viola! the Ice maker worked. Only took about 15 minutes each to replace the parts. After looking at this site, I realized that the issue was with control boards. I looked at troubleshooting tips mine no longer seemed to emit the LED light. The Kitchenaid refrigerator is over 10 years old but working great. but I was able to find the model info, help video and part on this site. I was able to diagnose the problem with the help of Sharon R. She also helped me order the proper part that I needed. I then watched the video to show me the proper way to install it.
