How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6023956 / WPW10730972 Washer Water Pump

I watched after replacing the control board because on your video he said if it was not finishing the cycles it could be the control board. So I replaced that but it still stopped. I watched and noticed it showing a F-21 code. Looking in to this several things pointed to the pump. I called and talked to one of your customer service people, her name was Dixie, and she was very helpful. She also felt it was the pump. So I replaced the pump, and it went very easy. This took care of the problem. I would recommend Appliance Parts Pro to anyone. Thanks for all the help, and thanks Dixie. 

Easy fix, removed front panel, removed 2 hoses from old pump, un-clipped electric wire from pump. used flat tip screw driver to pry rubber boot up and slid old pump to right. Installed new pump in reverse order 

I had researched Appliance Parts Pros in the past for a bellow we needed for our Whirlpool front loader. Thus time, it was not spinning and draining properly. Found the part we needed. Replaced pump 

Discharge pump on my washer stopped working I ran the washer kind of in manual mode and found that the water was not getting out of the washer. I verified this with doing a couple loads and making sure the water came out of the washer by dropping the hose down and letting it run out. I don't look up the part on your website ordered it and had it shipped. I then received the pump in the mail slightly broken. I called your customer service and they had another part shipped out the next day. I'm still waiting to find out if you want this part shipped back to you if so let me know. Otherwise everything went off without a hitch, I installed the pump in 10 minutes and now have and automatic washer again. Thanks very much.

I found a video on your website that shows how to replace the water pump. It seemed doable so I order the part Tuesday night, received it Thursday. Replaced it in about an hour. Washer is 10 years old but works like new now.
