I replaced the parts as shown in the video. The upper dishrack track came damaged. Followed instructions on how to report the issue. Took the pictures of the package, receipt and the damaged part submitted the email to customer service and they replied the next day instructing me to provide them with the make, model, and serial number of the dishwasher. Received another email later that day one was on the way and the shipping was upgraded. Very pleased with the fast response.
