I ordered the three parts listed and now my oven is beautiful, functional and like new again. I first had to figure out that the original parts are no longer available and had to perform an oven upgrade. Obviously the original design was flawed and the new design works perfectly and looks great! The whole repair cost was about $328 with shipping included. The parts were here in just a few days, about 2 to 4 days (some in two days, one in 4 days). Much cheaper and easier than replacing the... Read more

I "Goggled" the problem and Appliance Parts Pros.com came up with a picture of the exact part that I needed. The total cost plus postage was $192, when I could replace the entire Microwave for $250. That meant I would have to remove the old unit that was only one year old and install the new unit. It would have taken at least a full day to purchase, and re-install the new unit, if I was lucky. It was the "365 day Buy and Try" policy of Appliance Parts Pro that convinced me to buy their new... Read more

The housing shield had cracked, which caused the dispenser level from reliably pivoting and triggering the switch so replacing that caused the dispenser switch and hinge assembly to work reliably once again. Also, the ice-flapper would frequently stay open causing the ice shoot to frost up and get clogged, so replacing the ice dispenser solenoid fixed that problem as well.
