Replaced the cheap plastic lever supporter with another LG OEM cheap plastic lever supporter. I should have bought two as I can see this problem happening again. Job was a simple fix and only required a Phillips head screwdriver. I did not need to remove any connections as there was enough room and wire to pull out the oven control assembly and make the repair. PROBLEM - MY LG RANGE (LRE3091ST) STARTED TO HEAT BUT WOULD NOT GET TO THE FULL TEMP, IT SHUT OFF & GAVE US AN F-11 CODE. This job was easy really only need a screwdriver to complete. After installing the board I found that some of the connectors on the board were upside down, so I pulled the board back out to compare with the old one. After comparing the boards some connectors were upside down but I noticed that the components on the board were also flipped as they were numbered the same. I installed the new board again and flipped the 3 cables and put everything back together. New board works great so far. Read more

I ordered the both the Pcb assembly and a heater sheath. Upon accessing the Pcb, I immediately discovered it had failed miserably, (contacts burnt and melted, wiring and insulation on one wire suffered severe electrical damage. To put it bluntly a small electrical fire had occurred on the circuit board. There was enough slack in the damaged wire so I removed the affected area, replaced the terminal.
