Burner on my jen air pro range rusted out Frank M. • Providence , RI • November 15, 2014
After many years of excellent service the burner I use most often on the top of my JenAir range rusted through. After trying to remove the burner, which was firmly rusted into place, I decided to replace the cooktop pan, both burners and igniters. It was an easy repair to swap out the new parts for the old, and the only tool necessary was a #2 phillips screw driver. The only difficulty was that although the cooktop pan appears symmetrical, the screw hole pattern on each side is different. I did...

Very old and one coil connector had burned out Saul S. • Pickerington , OH • March 21, 2016
My new cooktop cartridge for my Jen-Air cook range works great. The range is probably around 40 years old. The old two-burner cartridge just plain wore out! Both burners cook evenly on all heat selections. Price of less than $200.00 was very reasonable. Thanks again for your help! Very easily plugs in to the range.

Stove downdraft stopped working Robert B. • Gaithersburg , MD • March 08, 2016
I replaced the downdraft fan and fan motor of my 25 year old JennAire C301 cooktop. The issue was getting the fan/motor assembly out in such a tight place. I had to first remove the fan cover, cut the wires, then the assembly came out. Putting back wasn't as tough although getting the cover back on (over the motor) was a bit of a strain. Wired it back, turned it on, and was thrilled. Now I'll replace the knobs and burners and we're back in business.
