Just replaced the things. Had to reuse old tine rows, rollers, the spray arm, etc., i.e. I removed 'em from the old racks and put on the new ones, but that was piece of cake. Also, I cleaned the food grinder and the discharge valve compartment (thank you very ???? ???? much, Internet), so spray arms around the top rack get enough water pressure now. My discharge would not empty after a wash cycle and I always had gross gray water left in the bottom approx 3" deep? After doing the obvious things of checking the simp for garbage, and checking that the discharge hose wasn't blocked, I removed my discharge pump ( not too hard to do) and tested. I called a local repair center who estimated $300+ to fix this. I bought a door handle and door latch for $~100 and fixed my dishwasher in about 10 mins. I ordered the parts on Sunday, they arrived on Tuesday. Very happy with appliance parts pros and would recommend them. Read more

My dishwasher quit cleaning dishes and lost all pressure. The food screen would keep clogging up and I would have to take it out and clean it by hand. After putting a new impeller in, the "gears" on the impeller connected with the screen blades, the old impeller the "gears" were stripped off. This was a difficult problem to diagnose.
