My washing machine smelt horrible Bryan W. • Ogdensburg , NY • August 20, 2018
First off I have to say that Appliance Parts Pro's saved me from hiring a repair person, and quite possibly just getting rid of my washing machine. Their video's helped out SOOOOOOOO much and the advice one of their agents gave me over their online chat helped me trouble shoot something when I got stuck. On top of this they shipped my parts fast enough that less than 12 hrs later they arrived, which allowed me to get my machine up and running way faster than the other options I had available....

The door latch would not catch as a result i was unable to use my dishwasher Joel C. • Shreveport , LA • January 09, 2016
I ordered the Door Switch Kit, along with a few other items. However, the switch kit was all that was needed. Isimply followed the instructions that came with the kit. It was necessary to cut the wires which connected to the wire assembly in the door of the dishwasher. I then connected the pieces from the switch kit and then connected the end pieces to the door. I closed the door, and started up the dishwasher. It worked as well as before.

Ordered the parts and followed the instruction videos that Sears provide, Initially tried to order parts from Sears directly but the web-page kept complaining about my shipping address. This is an upper spray arm mount that is a part of many types of dishwashers. The upper spray arm mount attaches the water supply manifold to the spray arm. This ensures that the water moves from the manifold into the spray arm so it can be used to spray water across dishes during a cycle. If the upper spray arm mount becomes damaged or cracked, it can cause the upper spray arm to fall off. This could create additional damage so the upper spray arm mount should be replaced. If the upper spray arm mount needs to be replaced, it can be done with the help of a 5/16-inch screwdriver. First, make sure the dishwasher is unplugged and the water supply has been turned off. Open up the door to the dishwasher and locate the upper spray arm. The mount will be attached to it. Use the screwdriver to remove it and install the new part. This is an authentic OEM replacement part that is directly sourced from the manufacturer. It is sold as an individual component. The upper spray arm mount is made to be compatible with dishwashers manufactured by Inglis, Kenmore, KitchenAid, and Whirlpool.
