Hello Alfred. You need to use a 20mm socket, not a wrench, to remove the venturi 00189321 from the burner. Hope this helps.

Hello Pycarch. You will need to check and see if the nut 00188978 that the venturi, or the venturi 00189321 is stripped. If so, you will need to replace the bad part. Try lifting up on the venturi, while you are unscrewing it. Hope this helps.

Hi Brian. Have you removed the burner and cleaned all ports / jets with a safety pin or a pointed pick tool? Is the venturi plugged part # is 00189321? If the spark is fine then the potentiometer is not bad along with the ignitor or the spark module. So inspect the orafice for debris build up.Thank you.

Hi Gary. There is a spark switch part # 00189008. There is an updated potentiometer that is part # 00497235. It is recommended to have a qualified technician to install it. You can isolate and bypass the spark switch to see if your burner gas valve is OK. This valve is named in colors. What exact position is the burner incorrectly working? Thank you.
