Now if I press the button for normal wash, the China Crystal light comes on and nothing else seems to work. After the China/Crystal light comes on, the timer shows 91 but pressing the Start button does nothing and after about 5 seconds the China/Crystal light goes out. Closing the door has no affect.

As a matter of fact, many times if you disassemble the vent assembly you can clean off the soap deposits/mineral deposits and make sure the little spring is attached and it will clear the code for a while. Bill A. February 08, 2012 for Model Number fdbb4365fb3 The pump doesn't shut off even at the end of any cycle. Tried to cancel ,turned off power and power back on. As soon as you close the door the pump will come back on. The float switch seems to work ok. Would the problem be in the control board?

In behind the toe kick is a diagnostic sheet that will allow you to put the unit into the field service test mode. For the next few minutes it will turn on and off all the electrical circuits and devices to see if a code will pop up. 1 Answer Hi Ray. Remove power. Then remove the inner panel . Then remove the control board outer moisture cover. Then take a picture with a cell phone or mark the wires so you can reinstall them. However it mounts you can use a pair of pliers or a 1/4" nut driver to remove the clips or screws that hold down the board. Some wire connectors have a lock tab in the middle of the connection making it hard on purpose to unhook (safety). Use a pick tool to reach in and simply release the tab lock. Then make sure you have all connections tight. Its a quick fix and not too difficult. Make sure you ground out the static on metal a few times. Do not touch the control board circuits. After the power was restored she discovered the dishwasher keypad was flashing "ER-CL" error. I have tried to cycle power several times to no avail. I also tried to reset the error by pressing the Dry/Air Dry and Start/Cancel pads for 3 seconds as recommended on the Service Data Sheet. Chuck August 15, 2011 for Model Number fdb4315lfbo I receive PF message but it appears to have gone through the cycle. There is heat when I open the door. This happened for about a month. I reset the power and some of the key pad lights up and some blink then I mess with it a bit and I can get it to start a cycle but 5 min in to it it starts blinking ER and stops then about every half hour it starts to drain.
