Hello John, You need to first check the lid switch. If it checks out ok, there are multiple things to check depending on whether you hear a hum or click or no sound at all. If you could please re-post with further symptoms, we can give a more detailed diagnosis. GLWS1339ES1

Hello Russell, There is no adjustment that can be made. All you can do is replace the water level switch 134422700. You can also blow through the hose that attaches to the water level switch. You should be able to blow through it and hear the air escaping in the units' tub.

Hello Ellie, The door lock assembly 131763256 is normally responsible for this failure. Check all electrical connections by removing the electrical connectors one at a time and re-connecting. Do this one at a time so no connections get crossed. If this doesn't correct the issue, replace the door lock assembly.

Curt, The next thing to check is the wiring harness. it's most likely a loose connection or broken wire at the water level switch or lid switch back to the terminal block. The contacts in the water level switch and the lid switch have to close, in order to complete the circuit, so the motor can run in the agitate direction. The information we're sending you may be a lot more helpful. Thanks and Good Luck

Hi Curt. Un hook the belt and see if the motor will run in one direction in the agitation mode. Then watch it as you select spin. It should spin in the other direction. This will tell you if the motor part # 134156400 and the timer part # 131758600 is working. Then remove the washer top/lid assy. Then remove the agitator. Remove the agitator. Look under it and see if the flat 1'x3' steel bar part # 137107000 is no longer mounted to the trunnion plate part # 137107000. One screw part # 137539500 will always break and then it can not support the agitation cycle. Then trunnion is part # 131545101. Let me know if we can assist. further. Thank You.
