Bill, You will want to check to make sure that there is nothing caught in the tub and if there is not then you will want to clear the obstructions but if not then the motor would be the most likely issue.

Kris, The model number you supplied calls for the 154844301 / 154794401(154844301) Motor Kit. To maintain the proper operation and dependability of the product, this is the wash motor / pump, you need to install in your dishwasher. We were unable to retrieve any of the more specific information other than one motor is 1/2 inch longer and weighs a few ounces more than the other.

Mike for Model Number GLD4355RFB0

I turn my 8-year old dishwasher on, it fills up and then stops. It won't start cleaning and the lights in the other room go dim for a second. After a few minutes, it will start again and run through the whole cycle, but nothing was clean and the lights dimmed a few more times. No leaks. I've checked the power connection, pump, hoses, and innards for clogs and found nothing. I took the motor off and it's very hard to turn either end. A video I watched made it look like it should turn pretty easy, do I need a new motor? Thanks! -Mike
