Hi. The outer keypad assy. part # is WB07X10628. After you remove the vent cover and the upper keyboard cover plate screw, then remove the keypad upper mount screw. LIft up and off of the keypad control off from the frame. Under the inner control panel or folded up in a packet is a tech sheet. Use the information to test the components if needed. Hi Jerry, since you've tried changing the bulbs WB36X10003, you could check the receptacles WB08X10016 for the bulbs, though I doubt both would go bad at the same time. If the wiring to the receptacles seems okay, it could be your touchpad WB27X10267 or control board WB49X20238. Hope this helps!

Estill, The fuse WB27X10928 is not the issue, if it were the fuse, nothing would work. You most likely have a faulty circuit in the Control PCB WB27X11068 and will need to replace it. If you have a multimeter, you could check the CN03 connector pin#1(black wire) for 120 VAC to chassis ground with the power cord plugged in. for 120 VAC. If you have the voltage, you'll need the control board. If the voltage is not present, you'll need to trace the black wire back to the door switch and find out where its broken.
