Angela June 13, 2013 for Model Number AP2019449 (WB7X7183) I have ordered and received my end caps from you. My original end caps did not have the two "guides" on the end. There was an insert in the end caps that said just cut them off. Well, this is very hard plastic and I have attempted to do so but to no avail. Do you not have end caps without the guides? I don't want to purchase something to try to cut these things off. This is very inconvenient.
