For Ge Refrigerator Condenser Fan Motor (Part Number: OEM12797880)

Hi Autumn. The condenser fan (part # WR60X10209), Is located in the back of the unit. Unplug power and pull the unit out. Remove the back lower cover (6-screws). Inside is the unit compressor (black 6" lg. round part). To the right of that is the white condenser fan motor in a bracket assembly mounted next to the condenser coils. The fan motor is mounted in the bracket assembly. Best of luck. Thank you.

Hi Robert. It sounds like you could use evaporator fan motor part #WR60X10074 used with the thermistor included with the wiring harness. If you have the one without the thermistor, you need fan part #WR60X10185. Thanks.

Hello Paul! There are two fans within a refrigerator. There is an evaporator fan WR60X10074 that circulates the air of both the refrigerator and/or freezer to keep the temp constant and a condensor fan WR60X10209 that draws room air to remove the heat from that are so it does not overheat. Hope this helps!

Hello George. Remove the back cover where the fan is located. Then remove the bracket holding the fan motor in place. Remove the old fan motor. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.
