David M. November 03, 2014 for Model Number WM2487HRM The detergent bleach dispenser/tray are working except the softener tray. I think the dispenser is plugged up cause every other tray is filling up with water and siphoning out, but the softener tray has no water. I ran water to see if the softener side, and it siphon the softener out of the tray when it was not in the washer.

Franklin October 28, 2014 for Model Number WM2496HSM After I ran a wash cycle I noticed the detergent was still in the main dispenser, I pulled out the tray and ran a speed wash and noticed the water was not coming out over the tops of the four sections (pre-wash, bleach, main wash, softener) the water was only coming out at the back of the dispenser assembly. Could it be caused by the dispenser being clogged internally, or something else.

Frank H February 10, 2014 for Model Number WM2277HS When I start to wash there is a leak in front bottom under machine I think it may be the dispenser tray became disconnected? Any opinions?

The water inlet valve could be leaking, one of the hoses to the dispenser, the dispenser itself could be leaking, or could be a leak in the door boot. Mr. A. November 09, 2012 for Model Number WM2487HRM Front loader washer liquid detergent not dispensing. I hear water running but detergent still in dispenser.
1 Answer Hi. If the detergent box siphon part # 3891ER2003A hole is clogged it will not allow the detergent to dispense. If this is not it then remove the hot and clod supply hoses and flush them out into a bucket. Look at the water inlet valve part # 5220FR2008F back screens to see if they are clogged. If so then replace the valve. Remove the top back mount screws and slide the top back and up. Inspect the detergent top to verify the top is snapped down on all sides and the internal hoses are not damaged. Thank You. Read More...
