Sokol May 08, 2015 for Model Number WM3677HW Hi, What is the command to drain the water out, without running the full cycle? Also, to test the spin only? Thanks in advance.
1 Answer Sokol, The only way to put the unit into a drain without running the rinse and spin or a full cycle would be to put the unit into the diagnostic mode. Inside the unit there is a tech sheet that you can use to put the unit into diagnostics. Read More...

Derek March 09, 2015 for Model Number WM3001HWA My washer will not pump the water out after running a few minutes. I have ran it through the pump diagnostics and ran it for several minutes. Works perfectly. I removed the filter and cleaned it and also removed the drain hoses and cleaned them. Still no luck.
1 Answer Derek, With the unit running the pump during diagnostics but not allowing the unit to run during the normal washing then the issue will be with the main control board on the unit. Read More...
Gary March 08, 2015 for Model Number WM2688HNM I have a defective Drain Pump and need to replace it. It looks like your site recommends PN AP5328388 as a replacement. What I would like to know is should I also replace the circulation pump (PN AP5620091) as long as the unit is disassembled for replacing the Drain pump.
1 Answer Gary, That's a decision you'll need to make. In most cases you'd want to check the resistance of the EAU61383518 circulation pump motor. It should have a resistance reading of 15 to 30 ohms. If the resistance is in range, you wouldn't need to replace the recirculation pump, unless you choose to. Read More...

Michelle C February 13, 2015 for Model Number WM2487HRM I just wrote you 2 days ago about my washer not turning on. I ordered the PC board and the hot and cold valves. My husband replaced them and the machine came to life. I have run about 3 or 4 loads yesterday as well as 2 today. I went in to check on load and it was at a standpoint stopped. I started it over to see what would happen next. I selected a normal cycle that stops at 33 min. On rinse cycle.. The water fill , attempts and I do believe drains but does not continue on to spin... No code appearing so not sure what's going on... Do you have any advice on what to do next... Look forward to hearing from you soon...
1 Answer Michelle, You will want to access the tech sheet which will be located inside the cabinet of the unit and put the unit into a diagnostic cycle. While in diagnostic there will be instructions on the tech sheet that will tell you how to check for error codes. See if there are any error codes because not all will show during normal use. The tech sheet will also tell you what to check for each error. Read More...
