Hello Phillip, This can be caused by a variety of issues. First make sure all four feet of the machine are equally sharing the weight of the machine. Then remove the man top and make sure the tub assembly is hanging evenly and not contacting anything inside the cabinet. If all is good check the electrical connections between the controls and the hall sensor on the motor. You can pull the tech sheet from inside the units cabinet and follow the tests outlined therein.

Jeremy, The rotor will be difficult to get on with or without the metal spline. The magnets on the rotor and stator make it difficult and you would not want to put grease or soap on the shaft to get it on. Just make sure that it lines up and you will have to tap it to get it to seat properly.

Jesse, You will want to check the door lock on the unit to make sure that it is good and check the rotor and stator to make sure that they are not damaged. You will also want to make sure that the tub spins freely by hand. Unfortunately we do not do any shipping internationally at this time.

Turning off and on the breaker .....nothing worked the washer is still shutting off ...what part would you suggest is needed., I was told that the motor is bad so if it's bad what part do I order to replace the motor ?

Dee, You will want to check the power connection at the wall outlet under a load to make sure that the power supply is not dropping out. You will want to keep the unit plugged in and turn it on and see if you loose the 120 vac at the power supply. If not then this would be a control board issue.
