Jack February 02, 2017 for Model Number Rotor for lg wm0642hw Two different rotor #s coming up what one is it ?
Wd White September 10, 2016 for Model Number WM2233HW/01 When I checked for replacement rotor there are two shown: AP4438254 & AP5200557. Other than looking different and the first one costing more, what is the difference? Or can you tell which one is for this washer?
1 Answer WD White, It is showing that the correct rotor assembly for your unit would be part number 4413ER1003A. The difference between these 2 parts may be the shaft opening. Read More...

Philip February 14, 2016 for Model Number WT5075CW Machine is constantly giving UE error. It wont even run a full tub clean mode when it is empty due to this issue. The machine is level. When spining it does woble around a small amount while running. Maybe a half inch of movement at most. What can I do to repair this issue?
1 Answer Hello Phillip, This can be caused by a variety of issues. First make sure all four feet of the machine are equally sharing the weight of the machine. Then remove the man top and make sure the tub assembly is hanging evenly and not contacting anything inside the cabinet. If all is good check the electrical connections between the controls and the hall sensor on the motor. You can pull the tech sheet from inside the units cabinet and follow the tests outlined therein. Corey January 30, 2016 for Model Number WM2301HW When searching for rotors on your site none of the LG rotors I'm finding state they're compatible with my model. I'd like confirmation as to which LG part number is actually compatible.
Jeremy B November 20, 2015 for Model Number WM2487HRM I just purchased the rotor assembly pn #4413ER1003A. My rotor that I am replacing had the plastic spline, but this one has the metal spline. The new part with the metal spline is really hard to put on now over the shaft. Do I need to grease the spline or any soap to see if it will go on any easier?
1 Answer Jeremy, The rotor will be difficult to get on with or without the metal spline. The magnets on the rotor and stator make it difficult and you would not want to put grease or soap on the shaft to get it on. Just make sure that it lines up and you will have to tap it to get it to seat properly. Read More...
Jesse F September 20, 2015 for Model Number WM2487HRMA Hello, can you tell me what might cause my washer not to spin. At the initial start of the cycle you can see the drum trying to turn over but cannot turn over. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also if i ordered parts from your store would you ship to Guam?
1 Answer Jesse, You will want to check the door lock on the unit to make sure that it is good and check the rotor and stator to make sure that they are not damaged. You will also want to make sure that the tub spins freely by hand. Unfortunately we do not do any shipping internationally at this time. Read More...
Dee April 07, 2015 for Model Number WM2140C My LG washer is shutting off after couple minutes and the code shown is PF.....the LG representive gave me 2 options ....1. Restart the washer by plugging it out , holding down the start button for 5 seconds and then re plug the washer. and 2. Turning off and on the breaker .....nothing worked the washer is still shutting off ...what part would you suggest is needed., I was told that the motor is bad so if it's bad what part do I order to replace the motor ?
1 Answer Dee, You will want to check the power connection at the wall outlet under a load to make sure that the power supply is not dropping out. You will want to keep the unit plugged in and turn it on and see if you loose the 120 vac at the power supply. If not then this would be a control board issue. Read More...
Larry R March 22, 2015 Hello I have a WM2487HRMA washer and need the rotor. From this site I have seen the two rotors listed as being metal splines or plastic splines. Seems I have read that the 4413ER1003B has metal splines whereas the 4413ER1003A has plastic and vice versa. Mine definitely has metal splines. The picture for the 4413ER1003B looks to have metal splines and the picture for the 4413ER1003A is not clear. Can you advise please? Larry Here is my Serial # 812KWFn00795 if needed
1 Answer Larry, From all information obtainable it is showing that the rotor for your unit would be part number 4413ER1003A. Read More...
