Eric December 04, 2019 for Model Number LDF6920BB Will this part work with my LG dishwasher model LDF6920BB? It says it works with LDF6920WW, which I think is just the white version.
Judd September 09, 2019 for Model Number ldf6810 lg dw 12 yr. d/w used in frequently- rinse and hold no problem- full wash 1 hr. in water leak which is from unknown area- seems to leak when heated?
1 Answer Hello Judd, to find the leak point, remove the lower front toe plate so you can see underneath, wipe off any water drops along the outer edge of the inner door panel, run the wash cycle that consistently causes a leak, use a flashlight to look underneath along the front edge, then the door panel corners for the leak point, if you have to reach under the dishwasher to check, turn off power to the dishwasher. Possible leak causes are, sudsing, rack not fully pushed in, worn door gasket, worn/cracked spray arms. Read More...
Pennypincher50 July 24, 2019 for Model Number LDF6920ST I replaced 3 parts (mesh filter, circulation pump motor & circulations motor) in my dishwasher 2 years ago and now it's making awful noises again. I see that you show part # AJH31248608 (Sump Assembly) for not much more than I paid for only 3 items. My question is other sites show this IS the direct replacement unit for the entire Sump Assembly for my LG dishwasher yet your site tells me it is NOT compatible. Why is LDF6920WW ok but LDF6920ST not OK? Isn't the last two letters referring to the color? WW=white. BB=Black & ST=stainless. I would like to order it because your price seems very good but I'm afraid to order without confirmation that it WILL work. Thank you!
1 Answer PennyPincher50, the sump assembly AJH31248608 will work for your model. Sorry for the confusion regarding this part. Read More...
Al June 01, 2019 for Model Number LDF6920ST How do I tell if the sump assembly is the updated version? Tech manual inside of washer behind kick plate refers to this and a loose cap being a draining problem. Why would this be in print and the part not already installed? Sound like it should have been a recall. Instead hidden behind the kick plate. Tech had replaced the motor three times since new. Nothing ever changed. I could go on and on but just need to at this point check the cap.
1 Answer Al, the sump assembly would need to be disassembled from the top to inspect the drain port of the sump assembly. This will allow for inspecting if there are any issues in the sump assembly. If it checks good, then you would want to inspect the drain hose from the sump all the way to the drain port for any partial clogs. Read More...
Am March 15, 2019 for Model Number LDF6920ST Recently my LG (model LDF6920ST) dishwasher started making whistling noise during wash cycles. No error codes yet. Quick research showed that it might be bearings going bad on the washer pump. Not sure how old the unit was when we bought the house or how the previous owners used it, but we only used it for a relatively short period of time (less than 2 years). Original part for the entire sump assembly is AJH31248602, however LG seems to have a substitution: AJH31248608. I'm just trying to make sure that this is accurate and I should be ordering AJH31248608. Thanks!
1 Answer AM, Yes the AJH31248608 / AJH31248608 Sump Assembly(complete) is the correct part to order for the model number you supplied. Unfortunately, the part is presently out of stock and will need to be ordered. This will add a few days to the delivery process, once you place the order. Thanks, Read More...

Bill B January 23, 2016 Does the motor sump part # AJH31248604, for the LG dishwasher, include the seal/gasket?
Mike R October 31, 2015 I'm replacing the drain hose assembly on my LG dishwasher p/n AEM69493803). While connecting to the drain pump / motor assembly, I found a small rubber stopper just kind of lying around. It appears that it tore apart from where it should be. It appears that I may have to replace the entire assembly (p/n AJH31248604). That seems like a waste of time and money when the only issue is a small piece of rubber that costs about 3 cents! The assembly is basically all one piece of molded plastic with the drain pump attached. Do I have to replace the whole thing? Or is there another option?
1 Answer Mike, The part that is just laying there would be the check valve and can be gotten separately. The part number for the check valve is 5220ED4004A. Read More...
Ed Hess January 20, 2015 for Model Number LDS4821BB My LG, LDS4821BB dishwasher started leaking water out of the vent slots on the bottom left of the door. What it the most common cause of that?
1 Answer Ed, You will want to remove the front panel of the dishwasher and check the tube that comes off the vent on the left side for it being clogged. If it does not appear to be clogged then replace the vent assembly ABT35083801. Read More...
Keith December 16, 2014 for Model Number LDS5811ST The dishwasher starts a cycle by pumping out water then filling. After it fills with water we get an error message "LE". After reviewing different web sites it states loose wire or bad motor... Any ideas?
1 Answer Hello Keith. The Motor is working abnormally. Wiring connection is OK? The Impeller of Washing Pump is locked. The rotor of Washing Motor is locked. The Blade is locked. If so, Replace the cause of restriction. If all is free, replace the motor. If issue still there, replace PCB. Read More...
