Working Man March 31, 2016 for Model Number FGHD2465NF2A After drying cycle dishes are still very wet. When opening door during or after dry cycle, much steam escapes. During dry cycle, no evidence of steam venting out from door bottom can be detected. No error codes. What do you think?
1 Answer Working man, It is possible that you may have a bad vent assembly on your unit. When the unit gets to the dry cycle you would want to test to make sure that there is 120 vac to the vent. If there is then the issue will be the vent assembly 5304523304. Read More...

Jordyn January 27, 2016 for Model Number FGHD2465NF1A I just cleaned our dishwasher and in the process I unscrewed the cap to the vent on the top right side of the dishwasher. I put the cap on and continued cleaning. I wanted to do a quick clean with vinegar and started the dishwasher. It shows the er uo code.
1 Answer Hello Jordyn, This, (ER/uo), is the fault code indicating the vent is not closing. The vent 5304523304 will have to be replaced to correct this issue. Read More...
Rhonda December 14, 2015 We have a Frigidaire dishwasher with ua code. If we don't need the vent Assembly but need the control panel instead, can we return the vent assembly?

1 Answer Dave, In order to replace the vent assembly you will need to pull the unit out from installation. You will then open the dishwasher door and on the side wall there is a round collar that you will need to twist this to remove. Once removed you will remove the vent and disconnect the wiring, then you will install the new vent in reverse. Read More...
Rigo December 03, 2015 for Model Number frigidair pld4375rfcd The thermostat is good. I show continuity at the heating element. It heats up but there is no drying wet dishes on fast wash. It will when I use full wash. I get white spots on dishes or sometimes a lillte wet. I am thinking vent? Thanks
1 Answer Hello Rigo, This sounds like a control board 5304514670 issue. I base this on the statement that it operates on the full wash. Read More...
Lynn September 01, 2015 for Model Number FGID2474QF0A My dishwasher (Frigidaire Gallery series) will not shutoff with door closed or open. I seems to be stuck in a pump out cycle or drying cycle. Code on the screen is i30. I have tried cutting off with breaker and letting it sit for a 30 minutes and reconnected. It still keeps running even with door open.
1 Answer Hello Lynn, The fault i30 is the code for the aqua control circuit 807445903. This will normally correct the issue. Also check the water level switch in case the float is stuck in the "up" position. Read More...
Matt August 17, 2015 for Model Number FGHD2433KB1 Hi. The black wire that is part of the connection of the vent assembly has been chewed on by a rodent and is now not working. I don't believe the actual part is a problem. Can just the wiring connection be bought without having to buy a whole new vent assembly?
1 Answer Matt, The wiring that you are referring to would be what hooks up to the vent assembly. This would require a new wire harness to get the connector. The part number for the harness is 154832401. Read More...
Debbie November 01, 2014 for Model Number PLD4375RFC2 I had the Er UO code on my Frigidaire dishwasher. Took the vent assembly off to check for gunk, etc. When I opened it the spring fell out. Could you please tell me where the spring goes so I can fix and see if it will work? If not, I will need to order the part. Thank you.
1 Answer Debbie, Unfortunately we do not have information on the spring other than it would go somewhere around the door. If the spring fell out then the vent will need to be replaced. Read More...
Brenda S September 30, 2014 for Model Number FDB956RBC1 It does not dry the dishes . Also, they are not clean ... First thing I noticed was no steam was coming out vent when drying ... Thanks for any help . I'd like to order ASAP ....
1 Answer Brenda, You will want to check at the main control board and see if the control board is sending power to the heating element. If not then the control board would be faulty and need to be replaced. If there is power then check the thermostat and heater for continuity. If either do not have continuity then they are bad and if they do have continuity then the issue would be with the wiring between the control and the heating element. Read More...
