Peggy July 20, 2013 for Model Number LSR7333PQ The top part of my agitator does not move anymore. But the bottom seems to work fine. The Cam Kit #25811 says this part will not work with my machine. It gave me a # W10315818. But this does not work either with my machine. Do I have to buy the entire agitator cam to repair this?

J. Thomas May 06, 2013 for Model Number wtw4800xq1 I have a whirlpool top-load washer, model wtw4800xq1, it is making a loud noise when its in the middle of a cycle. The agitator is spinning, what is causing this? Ive read about a drum bearing bad, does this sound correct and do you sell that bearing?
1 Answer J., It doesn't sound like a tub bearing issue. It would make noise in the spin cycle, where that the issue. In your style washer, the issue is more likely to the actuator/shifter WPW10006355 loosing it's position or the "splutch" cam kit W10721967 slipping and trying to drive the gear case and spin basket at the same time. David April 12, 2013 for Model Number wtw5700xwo When the washer is agitating the tub barely turns, does this indicate a probelm with the gearbox or the cam kit.
1 Answer David, The tub is not supposed to move during agitation. This would be a problem with the splotch or cam kit W10721967. Read More...

Dustin January 13, 2013 for Model Number mvwx700xw0 Hello, I am not sure exactly what I need but when I start a cycle, it doesnt spin clothes completely. There is not standing water in the tub but clothes are ringing wet. But if I turn knob to spin/drain cycle, clothes are a lot dryer
1 Answer Hello Dustin, You will want to check your drain pump and drain hose of obstruction. If there is something that is slowing the drain down it will cause clothes to be wet and not allow unit to spin at top speed. Read More...
Wpark December 12, 2012 for Model Number WTW4800XQ0 Pulley on this washer keeps falling down. Does the nut need to be tighter with a lock washer or could it be something else?
1 Answer Hello Wpark. In order to save a repeat call, the technician should always replace the Splutch Pulley, Pulley Nut, and Drive Belt. The technician should also inspect the teeth on the splutch assembly for wear/damage and belt guard for damage, and replace if necessary. It is not necessary to replace the entire gear case assembly. Order replacement parts by model number. Apply a coating of medium strength thread lock to the threads on the shaft as well. Read More...
