Marge February 10, 2020 for Model Number MER6755AAS I have a maytag gemini glass top stove. The left front element burned out, I replaced it with part # 74009743. I also replaced the switch to turn it on. The burner still doesn't work. Question: are all the switches interchangeable? Do the larger elements take a different switch. They all look the same.

Tim October 01, 2019 for Model Number MER6755AAW I have a Maytag Gemini model number MER6755AAW. The infinite control switch has burnt out on the left front burner. There is some confusion as to which part number it is, based off of what was in there and what we are finding online for replacements. I've only been able to find 2 different size switchs, one 8" and one 6". Are the back two the same switch part number and the front two big ones the same switch part number?

Jennifer January 14, 2013 for Model Number Maytag Gemini electric double range I can't find the model number for my Maytag Gemini range (there are stickers inside both doors, but they only show a serial number, no model number: 8114P749-60, for what it's worth). I removed the kickplate, no number . . . the range is at least 8 years old—I don't have the manual, as it came with the house when we bought it. The front right burner (a dual burner—9 inches across for the "large" setting, about 5 1/2-6" for smaller) only heats up the smaller middle part. It appears that a part of the outer heating element is burned out and I need to replace it. Is it possible to tell me if the dual element burner replacement # 74009743 would replace this burner?
