Ray September 01, 2015 for Model Number GD2LHGXKB00 Our original auger was plastic like shown in the diagram on your web site. I watched the video for replacing the drum. When he takes it apart there is a white plastic cover over the rear portion of the auger. Our plastic auger doesn't have a plastic cover and the metal auger the sent had the rear cylinder piece that fits in the rear hole of the bin but there was no cover. I cannot find a cover anywhere on your web site. Is the cover necessary?

1 Answer JMS, You will want to check to make sure that the crush/cube solenoid is not stuck in the up position and make sure that the bin arm not under the solenoid which would not allow it to activate the cube portion of the dispenser. Wm Day October 25, 2013 for Model Number 10657267790 We just replaced our ice maker. Seems to be working fine. We had a frost problem before this, and we still have the problem It's not as bad. So I am thinking it is in the ice bucket. Model # 10657267790Kenmore Hope you can help.. Rjb February 05, 2013 I have a Frigidaire side by side fridge freezer. (Sorry i dont have my SN. At work) My ice dispenser turns on when activated, but no ice comes out , the motor just runs. I took out the ice maker compartment to investigate. It turned out that the flat plastic piece that's connected to the round metal cylinder is not connected. Will this ice dispenser drum fit?
