Hello BLS, We do not have instructions for replacing the auger drum that can be sent. To replace the drum you will first remove the front cover which is held in by 2 screws in on the bottom and 2 screws on the inside. You will then need to remove the clip that is on the white washer and remove the screw holding the arm in place at the back of bin. Then remove the cover by removing 4 screws holding it in place. You will want to take note of how the crusher assembly is on the shaft as it will need to go back the same way. Take of crusher blades and drum and install new drum and reassemble.

Hello Linda, You should first check at the door hinge to make sure the harness is plugged in securely. If no problem is found there, the W10728484 probably has one or more pins broken that hold the micro switch in position. The second issue should be covered under warranty if the warranty is still in effect, (the manufacturers warranty only covers functional parts for one year). The only way this would be covered would be if you purchased a service agreement that is still in effect.

Stan, This is a different situation. You need to order the bin assembly WPW10324090 in order to maintain the proper operation of the dispenser. The 4388736 may work, but no, it is not a redesign or substitute improved oart for your refrigerator. Thanks and good Luck
