Hello Sandy, You need to replace the chopper assembly W10083957V in the unit. When it fails, the screen stops up and water pressure cannot get up into the unit.

Hello John, This is normally not caused by the pump but by the heating circuit. You see, if th4e unit never reaches 140°F, it will never activate the chemical reaction in the detergent and the dishes will never get clean. Check the heating element, the door switches, the high limit thermostat, and if none of these show an issue, you either have an issue with the wiring harness or the electronic control.

Edgar, You will want to double check all of your connections to make sure that they are all good connections and that everything was reconnected. If the connections are good then you will want to check your water level switch and check the OWI sensor to make sure that they are good.

David, You will want to check inside the pump to make sure that the impeller is not blocked by debris to keep it from turning. If this checks ok then you would need to replace the circulation pump and motor assembly WPW10780877.

I had a post before this one, and thank you for the reply. I removed the pump and motor assy., then removed the new sensor and cleaned the soap from the sensor and the cavity and seems well with the sensor. Now it seems the new pump and motor assy. leaks in 3 places. I checked the gasket and recess flange of the assy. and wiped with a clean towel. Then I reinserted the assy. and put the tabs back, but this time, the tabs in the front and side area are loose. Do I need to reinstall the pump assy. back in the tub? Thanks again!!!!!

Everything works well, cycles through all correctly, fills up to heater. Makes low murmuring noise and just doesn't push the water up high enough to disolve soap. I did pull all internal tubing out to make sure nothing was clogging, it was all clear. Do I need to replace the sump pump #W10237169? Before, should I take the pump motor out and make sure nothing is stuck inside, is that a possibility? Is there anything else that could cause the poor water circulation?

Hello Chris. Yes, check and make sure nothing is clogged on the unit. If not, you will need to replace the sump and motor assembly WPW10780877.

Dishwasher model # 665.13752k602. Symptom: Labored noisy during wash cycles. Seems to spend a long time trying to wash. Normal drain function (swift and normal sounding). Does this machine have two motors? One drain and one wash? In that case it could be the wash motor. If not - is there anyway to get at the wash pump from inside the tub, or do I need to pull the dishwasher and disassemble in the middle of the kitchen? I have cleaned all the particles, lumps and "goo" from the grinder and check valve area as well as all tub parts. I get the symptom even with all the parts removed, so its down under.

Hi. The wash motor is part # WPW10757217. Some smaller hands may be able to reach in from the bottom removed panel and replace the assy. It has a release tab lock on the "twist" on/off replacement. Make sure the new motor mount tab's are aligned correctly just before insertion into the bottom of the sump assy. You may just have to lower it a little and disconnect the tab mount screws to pull the unit half way out and tilt it back enough to remove and replace the motor. Use a little rinse aid on the new motor seal to install it. Thank You.

Marsha, It sounds like you have a small article jammed in the impeller assembly and it "jammed" the impeller and stalled the motor. The pump and motor is the best way to go, at this point. You do have the correct part number WPW10780877 for the replacement part. And we'll send you some "how to" information.
