Terry, You would want to check the diverter motor as it will rotate and allow the water to shift from the upper to lower spray arm.

Liza, I have seen a lot of issue with the diverter motors on these units.If you can pull the bottom panel off and listen closely after a fill and hear the unit making a soft clicling the diverter would need replaced.Part #W10537869 If unit does fill and wash but not making a lot of water pressure your pump and motor would need replaced and comes with your diverter motor.Part # WPW10605057 would get you fixed.

Liza, First, check all the spray arms for clogged jet openings, cracks or breaks along the edges of all the spray arms and check the bottom of the tub area for objects that may be blocking the lower spray arm, spin all the arms with your fingers to make sure they move freely. Remove the lower rack, start the dishwasher and let it fill until the motor starts to run and unlatch the door. Use a ruler and measure the depth of the water in the center of the tub, in front of the lower spray arm, it should measure 1/2 to 3/4 inch deep and should be 120 dgrs.F. to properly activate the detergent and properly fill and rotate the spray arms. If all's OK, then you'll need to check the diverter motor and disc inside the sump assembly to see if it is damaged or inoperable.

Joe, Based on your post, the leak is most likely from the diverter motor [W10537869] you would want to replace the diverter motor and diverter shaft seal [WPW10195677] . Both parts are in stock and available at this time. Thanks,

Hello Tim, You will need to pull the diverter valve motor and install a new WPW10195677 grommet.

Hello John. You will need to check the wiring harness coming to the pump and make sure it is good. If so, then the control board in the unit is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit.

Dave, The sump would most likely not be the issue with the unit not draining. This would most likely be caused by a faulty drain pump which is part number WPW10348269.

John, Yes, based on your description you will need to replace the WPW10455268 / WPW10455268 Sump Assembly. You may want to recheck the installation and make sure the dishwasher sump isn't too close to the floor, and the drain hose isn't "stretched" to the point it hac cracked the mounting flange on the sump.
