C.K.Britton June 09, 2020 for Model Number NTW4651BQ1 My washer had a split in the discharge hose... found a replacement and put it on. Cranked up the machine and it filled with water then water would discharge out of the machine. What do you think MIGHT be the problem?
1 Answer CK Britton, With the unit draining as it fills then you will want to check to make sure that the drainpipe is not shoved too far down in the standpipe. Try pulling the drain hose out of the standpipe some and see if this does not correct the issue. Read More...

Jose September 19, 2019 for Model Number RTW4640YQ1 My washer gets out of balance badly when spinning, hits the walls of the washing machine, bought the suspension kit and changed it' but it is doing the same I need some help please thanks
1 Answer Jose', Make sure the washer is level in both directions(front to back and side to side) and as low/close to the floor as possible, Check along the sides and back, especially along the bottom of the cabinet, make sure the cabinet and the legs aren't bent or distorted causing the cabinet and washer to shake/vibrate. Make sure the suspension rod kit was installed properly and the tub movement is "normal". Is the washer installed on a solid floor and flooring, a weak, uneven floor will cause the washer to vibrate. If all's OK, run the washer through a full cycle empty, if the washer doesn't move or vibrate, then check for proper usage and loading. Read More...
