Jeff August 21, 2015 Is this suspension kit for the Whirlpool washer the complete set, or do is it a single spring, and i have to order multiple to perform the full change out? It does not clearly state how many I get. This is a good price for the set, not so much for a single spring. thanks in advance
Stacie August 06, 2015 for Model Number Kenmore Oasis model 110.27092602 I'm excited about replacing the suspension rods on my mother's washer and saving her hundreds of dollars. However, I cannot get the lid open. I used the putty knife to push against the locking tabs, but the lid doesn't release not matter how hard I pull forward and up, as described in the video. Any suggestions?
1 Answer Hello Stacie. The clips WP8563785 your pressing in on can be hard to push in to release the top. Sometimes, I use the palm of my hand to smack the flat blade and press them in. Read More...
Nick T. July 27, 2015 for Model Number May tag washer model # Mav7580eww When it starts filling water, the energy saving light is on for about 2 minutes then the light goes off and the water fill stops, too. All functions worked good. Please show me what's wrong. Thank you
1 Answer Hello Nick, Make sure the selector buttons are pressed completely since the buttons can be pressed partially and causes electronic issues. Pressing the selection completely corrects the issues if this were the issue. If this is not the issue, you should check all of the electrical connections. The lid switch 12001908 would be suspect is no other issues are located. Read More...

Peter June 28, 2015 for Model Number WTW6600SW2 I just bought suspension rods because I get a UL code when spinning, but I'm also having an issue with it taking a very long time to begin once the start button is pressed. It also seems to take much longer than the time it displays to complete the load. Any thoughts?
1 Answer Peter, With the unit taking longer to start and longer to run a cycle, you will want to check for the fill. If the screens are clogged and causing the unit to not fill up fast enough then it will cause longer run times. If this checks ok then the most likely cause for the issue would be caused by a faulty control board. Read More...
Ella June 19, 2015 I see options for replacing just the plastic part on top and not the entire assembly. How do I know if the springs are bad? Just trying to save some money.
1 Answer Hello Ella, There is no positive way to determine if a spring is weak short of checking the centering of the agitator after an empty spin with the unit properly bubble leveled. It is recommended never to replace only one. The suspension rod assemblies should all be replaced at the same time. Read More...
