Hello James, You should verify voltage to the control. If voltage is there but not being sent back out of it, the control board W11202746 will need to be replaced. If no voltage is present, you should check for a failed thermal fuse W10258275 mounted by the control board. If voltage isn't even getting to the bimetal you should check the wire nuts in the power connection box behind the kickpanel.

Warren, Check for voltage at the thermal fuse by checking for 120 VAC from each terminal to chassis ground. This will verify if you have voltage in and out of the fuse. Then check and make sure the wiring connections in the junction box on the front frame, behind the lower kick plate and access panel. Make sure the connections are tight and there is no discoloration or melted areas on the wiring. From there check the wiring at the heater element and thermostat. Make sure you have a constant and proper 120 VAC, polarized power supply. Any loose connections and low voltage issues can cause the thermal fuse to open prematurely.
