Hello Robert. This model does not use screws. Disconnect the power to the unit. Release the two clips under the corners of the control panel securing the control panel. You can use a flat blade putty or butter knife to do this. Pull the control panel forward and flip it backwards.

Hi, I had the following problem: The water would come into the tub, but the water would not stay so the water would just run without filling up. After I replacing the Water Level switch and the Water Inlet Value the problem was fixed. However, a month later the same problem came back. The water is not over flowing nor is it running on the floor. The water in coming in, but something is not telling the machine to hold the water until it is tool to drain. Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Elvis. If you can stop the water from entering the machine by turning off the timer or unplugging the unit, you will need to look for a bad pressure hose or replace the pressure switch. If the only way to shut off the water is at the shut off for the water hoses, you will need to replace the water valve in the unit.

Hi Joanne. Replace the water level switch kit part # W10337780. This allows the spin to occur as the water depletion is met and the internal diprahm closes the internal switch contacts. Thank You.

Hi Rocky. Remove the power. Remove the back cover. Use a same size of hose to blow back into the pressure switch. Then as you have the unit in a normal cycle with the timer pulled out, see if the unit runs now. Or with the power disconnected, jumper the violet and the yellow with the tan wire at the pressure switch. If it runs replace the pressure switch part # W10337780. Thank You.

Hello Todd. Check and make sure the air dome for the pressure hose is not clogged. Blow through the hose and make sure there are no air leaks where the hose attaches. If so, any of this will cause the problem you are having. Hope this helps.
