I decided to order all three parts that could cause this, but ultimately the defrost heater was the culprit. I decided to save the other two parts for the future. I was relieved not to have to call a technician to perform the repair because my past experiences with repairmen have not been positive.

It all came down to AppliancePartsPros.com.
Watching the repair videos and learning what to do made the job a breeze.

The rest was easy. now I have a freezer/ fridge that is working like new.
The total cost of the parts was less then having a repairman come out to look at it.
