We just bought an older home, and the Bosch dishwasher was missing the base panel. Found the model number inside the appliance, and found the part online. We needed a white base panel, but weren't sure if it would fit (based on the model #), so we ordered both white and black panels, thinking at least the black one would fit. THEY ARE THE SAME PANEL, ONLY DIFFERENT COLORS. Very happy that the white base panel fit like a glove. Shipping was super fast too. ? Read more

I replaced the gaskets with products from this site which I would not have been able to do without the video on this site. Hard job. Initially performed troubleshooting over the phone with Bosch customer support and did preliminary research on the web. Ultimately had to call out service technician to isolate/confirm problem. He confirmed the problem was most likely the switch (if not, the actually computer processor) and gave me the part number (since it was going to take 10 BD's for him to get the part). Ordered the full hinge piece and an extra bushing. Was able just to slide the dishwasher forward a bit, lift the right side hinge off its seat and pop in the new bushing without disassembling. Fixed! I am retaining the full hinge piece in case of any future door incident but suspect I will never need it Read more
