Seals hot and cold water connections to your washer's dispenser. Replace if you notice leaking at the inlet assembly. Confirm fit with your model number.
Water was accumulating in the drawer pedestal, it was leaking from the front of the washer so I thought it was the front door seal. I also noticed it would leak even when the washer was not being used so I doubted it was the door seal. I googled the leak problems and watched a few videos which gave me confidence on washer disassembly. With the top panel off I noticed the leak coming from the water inlet assembly. Appliance Parts Pro’s had the part and replacement video and I replaced the part... Read more
Fix a washer that won't fill, overfills, or leaks when idle by replacing the water inlet valve. Most DIYers complete this repair in 15-60 minutes.
The error code indicated the washer wasn't getting any water, although the basket was filling to an unusually high level. After checking the inlet hoses and their connections but without opening the top cover to see the actual water level pressure switch, I went ahead and ordered the part. After receiving the switch, I opened the cover and found the original switch had fallen off it's mounting (for who-knows how long ago) and was resting against the drum. Over time, the movement of the drum... Read more

Our washing machine door boot seal was getting moldy and causing odor problems. Cleaning tablets and bleach weren't helping so it was time to be replaced. While I had the top and front off I changed all the hoses that could be collecting soap scum and mold, all other wetted parts were removed and washed. The video on the door boot seal, and inlet valve assembly were extremely helpful in understanding how these parts are removed and reassembled. Although the door boot seal is the most visible... Watched the video a few times for door boot seal replacement. It was a lot of help! The spring is the hardest to replace and I did enlist the help of my wife. Everything went back on great. If you have to replace the front panel (with the buttons) be mindful that the buttons are spring loaded and will come out. I did not lose any and it went back together just fine. A little touch up paint on the washer and it all looks brand new and works great. And the parts came in quicker than... Read more

Replace rusted, bent, or broken washer door hinges to restore proper alignment and ensure your door closes securely without sagging or rubbing.
After reading up on the error codes, I found that my constant beeping was telling me that the door was not well latched. My machine is 12 years old and has seen heavy use, including a broken door handle that has been hanging on with copious amounts of duct tape for a while. I replaced the bent door hinge, worn door latch, and the outer handle. The entire repair required ten minutes and a Phillips head screwdriver. Now it works perfectly with NO more beeping!!
