I searched on your website for a replacement stem. Unfortunately the stem is not sold separately. I purchased the entire valve after confirming with your online rep that I was ordering the correct part. I received the valve in 2 days removed the stem and inserted it directly into the existing burner valve. Perfect fit easy installation and burner works as it should. The parts arrived in short time. Had to go to YouTube to learn how to get the door off. My range is about 2004 model. The YouTube video I found did not represent my installation but gave me enough information to remove the clip so the hinge could come free. Installing the handle was difficult to impossible to get the attaching screw in. I finally had to drill out the screw receptacle a bit to where I could get the screw in. I looked on line for a parts manual, then typed in a part, and this site came up. They had all the parts I needed. I never did a job like this, but the parts manual pictures made it simple, and then this site made it simple to order the parts. Found the parts on Appliance pros (love the website navigation); ordered on a Sunday afternoon and they were delivered on Tuesday afternoon. I had the drawer repaired within 15 minutes of Fed Ex delivering the package. No tools required other than my fingers! I decided to replace the whole orifice instead of just the 'spark plug'. In doing so it became apparent that the screws would not come off easily and so I purchased a couple of those to make sure I had enough just in case. Good thing, 2 were messed up taking them out.
