Took top apart to find out that the problem was just the lens for the light was broken. Come to find out that the lens is what holds the light in place. The oven was so loud, it was hard to talk to someone in the kitchen. We replaced the motor and the fan blade. 1. Turn off power to the oven. 2. Remove the oven doors 3. Move stove to unplug, remove rear center panel, indentify the two spade connectors that feed the heating element and remove (unplug) them. Remove two screws that hold the element to the inside rear wall of the stove and remove element.
