I replaced the cycle switch, fixing the lack of heat. The timer switch replacement fixed the auto cool down. I read the FAQ section of Appliance Pros parts web site. I found out I needed to replace the temperature control switch, WPW10248240, to correct my problem. This switch also controls the tub filling water level based on air pressure via the attached vinyl tubing.
