Followed the video- opened the front of the dryer and removed the drum. It was evident that one of the wheels had worn and wasn't turning freely like the other one. The video showed how to remove the roller. Very simple process and now the dryer works just fine. Read more

We opened the dryer up with help from the videos on your site, and came to the conclusion that the rear drum-support rollers needed to be replaced. We thought the front bearing and seal looked a little past-it as well, so we ordered that and a new bearing ring to go with it, and a new dryer belt (just so we wouldn't have to get back into it again any time soon). I looked inside and saw the teeth were worn off the "dogs" so I purchased the Cam Agitator repair kit and a new bolt. Getting the old bolt out was the hardest part since it was worn and rusted. I ended up having to buy a set of socket extensions and a set of stripped bolt sockets so $45 in tools and it took me an hour to get the old bolt out but putting everything back together was a breeze. Door latch was a snap (literally). Package included Instructions and parts for 3 different latch types and an easy identification method for each type. Just identify the correct latch type for your dryer and "Snap" it in to the cutout on the inside of the dryer door . The Door handle requires you unscrew the small sheet metal screws (three on my dryer) on the top edge of the dryer door.
