One of the side trim strips was folded over on itself, which made latching the door difficult. It was an easy fix: used a Torx screwdriver to remove 2 screws on each side, and just replaced it on each side. We just bought an older home, and the Bosch dishwasher was missing the base panel. Found the model number inside the appliance, and found the part online. We needed a white base panel, but weren't sure if it would fit (based on the model #), so we ordered both white and black panels, thinking at least the black one would fit.
