Overall the fix wasn't too hard. The challenge was putting the oven door back together and holding it together while trying to tighten the screws. Enlisted my wife's help to hold the door and at first the handle screws wouldn't tighten. My cordless screwdriver's battery was under-charged. I knew for sure that the hinge with the large spring was damaged, but elected to replace both hinges and receivers. Replacing the parts was fairly easy and would have taken me less then an hour. This model has thin metal covers over the hinge assemblies. I found that squeezing in the sides of the covers help to hold them in place on the hinge while reassembling the door. This job turned out to be very difficult because my stove is 16 years old and the screws holding down the igniters were completely rusted and bound to the stove top, so I had to drill out all of the screws. • Door won't open after self cleaning cycle
