The replacement part was: CONTROL OVEN ERC3HP Part Number:WB27K10378 It looks like this superseded the original part, so maybe the mfg knew about this issue? I could not find disassembly instructions so just went straight into it. It was suggested by Appliance Parts Pros that the control board was faulty. I replaced the control board but still had the problem. The wiring diagram showed an over temperature switch in series with the RTD (resistance temperature detector), since this would also give the F10 error I replaced the switch and the problem was solved.
