Mamawee for Model Number WTW6200SW2 The washer makes a LOUD noise when spinning and goes out of balance unless it is a tiny load. Towels and jeans are impossible... Is it a bearing issue? If so, what part(s) do I need?
Answer Mamawee, The loud noise in the spin cycle would indicate a tub bearing issue. Because of the "drag" created by the worn bearings, it could also explain the "UL" and "DC" error codes in the display. At present you have the option of replacing the outer tub assembly W10193886 which will have the bearings, seal and shaft included. Your other option is to order the Bearing and Seal kit W10435302 and the tool W10447783 to remove and install the bearings in the original outer tub. Read More...
