Apparently, finding Samsung service techs in S. Florida is tough. As such, I found a YouTube video from appliancepartspros that addresses this issue, and seemed like a fairly easy repair. Basically, it was a case of worn dampers - or shock absorbers for you automotive types. Much easier to repair than a car. The hardest part was gaining access to the rear of the washer to remove 4 screws to free the top. After that, it was basically just replace the 4 dampers - with no tools required. After the fix, the washer has been working fine with no "unbalanced load" errors.
