I ordered two replacement baffles and screws, then lifted the top of the dryer to access the drum and installed the two new baffles. Read more

Replaced clutch assembly which was a little tricky, but very doable. Just make sure to take your time. I do have to say that I am very impressed with AppliancePartsPro customer service when the replacement part also failed. A new clutch assembly was at my door step a few days later. Very difficult fix even though I had done it once before about 15 years ago. Problem for me was getting the transmission down far enough to get clearance to install the belt. Removed the screws, lifted the old lid out of the hinges. Replaced the hinges, set new lid in the hinges and replaced screws. Read more

Ordered a replacement. Had to tip washer toward the back to provide access underneath to the pump. Had some difficulty removing the two hose clamps. Pliers were not the best tool. Had to ensure the drive belt was properly engaged with the pulley of the pump. Read more

The video associated with the part was easy to understand. The actual repair was easy - maybe 10 minutes. But getting the top casing of the washer fitted back over the base was a huge pain. That took 8 tries to finally get it locked in just right. The washer is 20+ years old though. The parts were all exactly correct and fit perfectly. Shipping time was excellent.
