Removed LP Orifice and LP Gas limiter. Orifice was easy, however the gas limiter was the tricky one because I had no instructions to what went where. After having replaced the drum support rollers twice in a roughly 3yr period, I realized something wasn't quite right, and indeed it wasn't. I had been ordering the wrong parts - I did use the online parts locator after checking, & double checking my model number. Apparently my older Whirlpool dryer has a somewhat ambiguous model number because the rollers that were shipped each time looked nothing like the originals. This was actually one of the easiest fixes I’ve done. All that was required was to remove 3 screws to remove the broken part. I used a pair of pliers to remove the moisture sensors from the broken part to the new one. Read more

Separated oven door by removing screws. Inserted handle and secured with clips, and reassembledo door with screws provided. In served broiler handle and snappedal into place. Read more

Confirmed parts needed through online chat with tech and followed video instructions for dryer conversion. Found a video online for range conversion. Replaced orifices for stove top and adjusted oven burner orifices and air shutters and inverted pin in pressure regulator to natural gas position. All went well with no problems, about an hour and a half to gather tools and complete both jobs. Probably could be done faster but I was taking my time. Read more

One day my wife went to bake something and the bake/broil buttons as well as #3, #9, and oven light ceased to work. Local repair guy came by and wanted to charge $500 to fix it....YEAH RIGHT! Did a little homework and found this website, spoke with knowledgable staff who pointed me in the right direction. Followed the video- opened the front of the dryer and removed the drum. It was evident that one of the wheels had worn and wasn't turning freely like the other one. The video showed how to remove the roller. Very simple process and now the dryer works just fine. Read more

THIE REPAIR WAS ON A WHIRLPOOL TOP LOAD WASHING MACHINE At first I suspected the leak was from the pump because I had replaced the pump 2 times over 10 years. This time with the cabinet removed and filling the tub with water, I saw water running down one of the steel support arms that go under the tub, so I was guessing that it was coming from the tub seal. I removed the kick panel/door and confirmed there was no flame. Inspection with a flashlight revealed the igniter was damage - partly broken away. Using a 1/4" socket set I removed the burner assembly. Inspection showed the burner was rusted and the flame deflector had fallen off. I ordered both the "Dryer Igniter and Bracket" and a burner. We opened the dryer up with help from the videos on your site, and came to the conclusion that the rear drum-support rollers needed to be replaced. We thought the front bearing and seal looked a little past-it as well, so we ordered that and a new bearing ring to go with it, and a new dryer belt (just so we wouldn't have to get back into it again any time soon). Replaced 2 springs and brackets. Also replace rear legs and front legs and re leveled. Works fine. Read more

I ordered two replacement baffles and screws, then lifted the top of the dryer to access the drum and installed the two new baffles. Read more
